Do you sell genuine hair and beauty products?

Rest assured all the brands we sell are 100% authentic and sourced only from the authorised Australian Distributor or Manufacturer. This guarantees you the best genuine quality products and optimal results. We do not import or sell products from unauthorised or non official sources.

Do you offer trade pricing for those who work in the hair/beauty/salon industry?

The Beauty Warehouse trade section is reserved for certified salon professionals, beauty schools, students, make-up artists and/or people working in the beauty and hairdressing industry.

Registered trade customers will have access to salon professional only hair and beauty products, salon supplies, furniture and equipment at special trade only wholesale prices. You will also be regularly informed about unique Trade offers, salon educational workshops and new product releases.

I can't remember my password?

If you have forgotten your password a new one can be emailed to you. Just go the bottom of our homepage under My Account and click on "Log In". Then click the "Forgotten Password" tab. Re-enter your email address and press the "Email Password Tab". A new password will then be emailed to you.

How long is delivery?

Orders are assessed based on the weight, size and location and the most appropriate service is selected for the quickest and most reliable delivery. We mainly use Fastway Couriers, Australia Post (including eParcel) and TNT Express.

Depending on your location most orders should arrive within 1-6 business days. Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan areas are generally the fastest. If you live in a country, rural or remote area you might experience longer delivery times. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only. If you order is time sensitive let us know and we can provide you with express freight options.

How much does delivery cost?

For retail customers, FREE standard delivery on all Australian orders over $99 (except NT and WA). $12.95 standard delivery for all other Australian orders. For trade customers

Sydney Metro $12.95

NSW regional and country $16.95

Melbourne & Brisbane/Gold Coast Metro $16.95

Qld and Victoria regional/county $22.00

WA, SA, NT and Tasmania ($28 minimum with freight quotation required).

What is your returns/exchange policy?

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired. Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo if possible and contact us immediately with a detailed description.

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.

How secure is my credit card and personal details?

Credit card transactions will be processed over a safe and secure payment gateway utilising the industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details and any other personal information is kept in a database that is protected by a login and password. Every effort is made to keep the database secure and to prevent your personal information being obtained by third parties.
